美国最近有一个值得关注的司法判决，让亚马逊栽了跟头。

有家AI公司做了个智能购物助手。用户只要跟它说清楚自己的预算、喜好和需求，它就会自动筛选商品、对比全网价格，直接完成下单。

这个工具上线以后，马上被亚马逊封杀了，还被平台告上了法院。亚马逊的理由主要有两个：第一，AI工具会读取用户的购物记录、收货地址，存在隐私和数据安全风险；第二，AI购物模式，会直接冲击电商平台靠算法推荐、广告投放盈利的商业模式。

一开始，美国地方法院站在亚马逊这边，封禁了这款AI工具。但美国上诉法院近期改判，认为AI只是用户的辅助工具，操作都经过了用户本人授权，算不上非法入侵平台，一味封禁反而会限制AI创新发展。

一直以来，网购的流量分配、商品推荐，都由电商平台掌控。而AI购物打破了平台长期形成的信息差，自然会遭到平台抵制。

目前，AI购物确实还面临一些挑战。像AI选错商品、网购交易纠纷等问题，权责如何划分，都需要进一步明确。

但是应该看到，近几年AI技术发展迅速，未来改造各行各业是大势所趋。对平台来说，与其封禁新技术，不如顺应发展趋势，补齐行业规则、厘清各方权责，让AI购物在合规、安全的框架内稳步发展。

SK海力士将投资超380亿美元建设新存储芯片工厂

SK Hynix to Invest over $38 Billion Building New Memory Chip Plants

据外媒报道，SK海力士近日表示，将投资54万亿韩元（约合381亿美元）建造两座新的存储芯片制造厂，以应对人工智能关键组件需求的持续增长。

According to foreign media reports, SK Hynix recently said that it will invest 54 trillion Korean won ($38.1 billion) to build two new memory chip manufacturing plants, as demand for the components, which are key to AI, continues to grow.

这家韩国科技大厂宣布，将投资35.2万亿韩元在龙仁建造一座名为“Y2”的晶圆厂，其中19.1万亿韩元将用于清州的“M17”工厂。

The South Korean tech giant announced a 35.2 trillion won investment in a fabrication plant, or fab, in Yongin called “Y2,” with 19.1 trillion won earmarked for a facility in Cheongju called "M17".

按照规划，两座工厂均将在2031年前完成投资。这意味着SK海力士正提前锁定未来数年的先进存储产能，以巩固其在HBM及下一代DRAM市场的领先优势。

According to the plan, both factories will complete their investments before 2031. This means that SK Hynix is locking in advanced storage capacity for the next few years in advance to consolidate its leading advantage in the HBM and next-generation DRAM markets.

爱彼迎二季度财报超预期

Airbnb's Q2 Financial Report Exceeds Expectations

据媒体报道，得益于全球旅游热潮持续升温，全球性旅行房屋租赁平台爱彼迎近日公布的财报显示，其今年二季度收入、预订量、利润率均超过市场预期，公司年内第二次上调全年业绩展望，并预计三季度预订量仍将保持两位数增长。

According to media reports, thanks to the continued global tourism boom, Airbnb, a global travel rental platform, recently released financial reports showing that its revenue, booking volume, and profit margin exceeded market expectations in the second-quarter of this year. The company has raised its annual performance outlook for the second time this year and expects booking volume to maintain double-digit growth in the third-quarter.

财报显示，爱彼迎二季度营收36.08亿美元，同比增长17%；净利润8.16亿美元，同比增长27%。

According to the financial report, in the second-quarter, Airbnb's revenue was $3.608 billion, a year-on-year increase of 17%; Net profit of $816 million, a year-on-year increase of 27%.

爱彼迎预计，2026年全年营收增速将由此前的“低至中双位数”提高至“至少中双位数”。该公司表示，上调指引主要反映平台需求持续旺盛，以及人才、技术、营销投入和产品执行带来的回报。

Airbnb expects its revenue growth rate for the full year of 2026 to increase from "low to mid double digits" to "at least mid double digits". The company stated that the upward adjustment of guidelines mainly reflects the sustained strong demand for the platform, as well as the returns brought by talent, technology, marketing investment, and product execution.
